Louisa is a knowledge broker within the STEM sector, based in Canberra, Australia. With a background in science and policy, Louisa brings an evidence-based and strategic approach to every project she takes on.

Louisa is passionate about exploring real-world challenges and uncovering practical solutions to complex problems. She has been involved in projects across STEM disciplines, such as climate change, artificial intelligence and water management.

Louisa holds a PhD in biotechnology and microbiology, and produces well-researched and polished publications that inform, inspire and have a lasting impact.

Louisa has worked closely with stakeholders from academia, industry and government, which has given her a strong sense of how to shape content that resonates with diverse audiences. Louisa is keen to merge her skills in science and research with STEM advocacy, to bring people and knowledge together to catalyse positive, evidence-backed change.
